It is the farm side of Spring Hill. Long before the subdivisions, this was rolling Middle Tennessee farmland between Williamson and Maury counties, and plenty of barns, fences and open fields still sit just off Main Street.
No. It is an original Rep Your Town design in the style of vintage park badges. It is not affiliated with the National Park Service.
It is drawn in the spirit of Spring Hill's farm country: rolling hills, a barn and a silo, rather than one exact spot.

The first settlers arrived around 1808, and the city still marks May 1808 as its founding. Albert Russell built the first home on a hill above a spring, and that spring gave the town its name after folks tried and failed to rename it Petersburg in honor of early settler James Peters.
Spring Hill's biggest moment came on November 29, 1864, when Confederate General John Bell Hood's army and Union troops under Schofield clashed here the night before the Battle of Franklin. Union forces slipped through during the night, a controversial turn that historians still argue about, and it set up one of the bloodiest days of the Civil War just down the road.
A tornado tore through the center of town in January 1963 and caused serious damage, but Spring Hill rebuilt. Decades later the town turned into one of the fastest growing cities in Tennessee, with GM reopening its plant and new neighborhoods filling in around the old farms and estates.
