Every Rep Your Town shirt is printed to order, just for you. That keeps prices low and means nothing sits in a warehouse, but it also means we can't take back a shirt once it's made.
If your shirt arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we'll send you a new one or refund you, free. Just let us know within 30 days of delivery and include a clear photo of the problem. You don't need to send anything back.
Because each shirt is made for your order, we can't offer returns or exchanges for the wrong size, the wrong color, or a change of mind. Every shirt page has a size chart with real measurements, so check it against a tee you already own before you order.
Reply to your order confirmation email with your order number and a photo. We'll take it from there.
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We can't replace orders sent to an address that was entered incorrectly.
